- Overview
- The BEATFINER LABO is an all-in-one system that includes a tank, agitator, pumps, and Beatfiner (conical refiner) in a compact box. This system can be used for various beating and disintegration tests with a beat finer. The beat finer, which uses a special conical blade with a welded structure, can be used for all applications from fibrillation to cutting, as various blade shapes can be produced.
- Functions & Features
- Agitators, pumps, and beat finishers are controlled by inverter control
to optimize the rotation speed.
Flow control is also built in and can be used for beat finder power control clearance control, etc.
Tank watering is also automated to stabilize concentration accuracy.
Automatic logging of load, frequency, pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.
it automatically stops at the end of operation by setting the circulation time.
A post-test cleaning operation mode is also quipped. - Test procedure
- I. Enter water volume, tank agitation time, and circulation time.
II. When automatic operation is started, the required amount of water is automatically fed into the tank.
III. Feed material and start operation.
IV. After being stirred in the tank for the input time, the circulation operation by the beat finder starts.
V. When the entered circulation time is up, the system automatically stops and selects either circulation or discharge pipe and terminated the test.
VI. Selecting "discharge" discharges the beaten material from the discharge pipe and terminates the test.
VII. To clean the inside of the unit, perform a cleaning operation
